Terms of Service

By using Friday — installing the widget, the Sitepilot plugin, the browser extension, or signing up at friday.starkspherelabs.com — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Friday.

Friday is operated by StarkSphere Labs Umbrella FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE).

Friday is an AI assistant you embed on your website. It answers visitor questions and can take actions on the page (clicks, form fills, navigation) when visitors ask. You control the policy of what actions Friday is allowed to take.

Today Friday is free up to 500 visitor messages per month per workspace. Over the cap, Friday pauses for the remainder of the month and shows visitors a polite “come back next month” message. We'll introduce paid plans for higher caps + additional features; pricing will be visible at /pricing when available.

You agree NOT to use Friday to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment to visitors.
• Impersonate someone or misrepresent your identity.
• Process payment card numbers, government IDs, health data, or other regulated data classes through chat.
• Train other AI models on Friday's outputs commercially.
• Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the service in ways that could damage it.
• Use Friday on a site whose content infringes third-party rights or violates law.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. We'll try to give notice and a chance to fix things first.

Anything you index (PDFs, text, crawled pages) and any visitor messages routed through your workspace remain your data. We process it on your behalf to answer questions and take actions. We don't use your content to train any model.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

When visitors chat with Friday on your site, you are the data controller and we are the processor. Our Privacy Policy describes the technical processing in detail. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request to support@starkspherelabs.com.

Friday is provided “as is.” AI models make mistakes — they can produce incorrect, incomplete, or surprising responses. You agree to:

• Set action permissions thoughtfully (auto / confirm / off per kind, allow / deny rules) so destructive actions need explicit visitor confirmation.
• Review Friday's audit log in the dashboard so you know what she's doing.
• Not rely on Friday for legal, medical, or financial advice to visitors.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee specific uptime. Status updates will be posted at status.starkspherelabs.com when available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from Friday is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using Friday at any time. Delete your account from the dashboard or email us. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law — with reasonable notice when feasible.

On account closure, your indexed content + visitor messages are deleted within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g. transaction records).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (anything affecting your rights or obligations) will be announced via email or a banner in the dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Disputes will be resolved in the Dubai courts unless local law gives you the right to proceed in your jurisdiction.
