Friday is built by a small team at StarkSphere Labs. You can reach us directly — no ticketing system, no canned responses.

We usually reply within a day. For privacy / deletion requests, we follow the 30-day timeline from the Privacy Policy.

When the service is unhealthy, we post at status.starkspherelabs.com. (The page is being set up — in the meantime, the team email is the fastest way to ask "is it just me?")
